By using Neary.pro, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully as they outline your rights and obligations when using our review management platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Neary.pro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Neary.pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
- Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
- Solicit or post fraudulent or misleading reviews.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEARY.PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
